Experience: I'm a master's student in theoretical physics at the university of Dhaka, securing CGPA 3.657 out of 4. From the beginning of my varsity life I'm teaching school and college students in Dhaka city. it's been 5 years I'm in this teaching profession. I want my students to express their problems regarding studies frankly to me. That helps me to find the best approach to solve their problems. After teaching some lessons I take feedback to check how they're adapting. Based on their adaptation capacity I plan my teaching techniques. Those who are quick learner I give them more problems to solve and those who're not I give them more time understanding the theories. Without feeling interest in something it's tough to progress in it. So I try to make sure my students are being interested in the study that they are learning from me. Teaching is something like passion for me more than profession. Sharing knowledge with others gives me joy😊.
